Join fellow veterans for Operation Renewal—a three-day, fully funded retreat honoring your service and dedication. Set at the peaceful Franciscan Renewal Center in Paradise Valley, this experience is designed to help you reset, refocus, and rebuild strength in both body and mind.

Through hands-on practices like somatic release mobility training, breathwork, performance nutrition, and stress management, you’ll gain practical tools to improve focus, endurance, and resilience.

This isn’t a vacation—it’s a mission to restore your foundation and reconnect with the camaraderie of service. You’ll train alongside other veterans who understand the mission and the mindset.

All expenses are covered—lodging and meals. Your only task: show up and take this time for yourself..
